The Soudal Open will be played over 72 holes of stroke play contested over four days, one 18-hole round being played each day.
A total of 156 players will compete in the championship. After 36 holes, the field will be reduced to the top 65 players and ties.
The player who scores the lowest total of strokes after 72 holes will be crowned champion.
A pro-am competition takes place on the Wednesday before the tournament.
The Soudal Open is a $2 million prize money event. The prize money will be allocated following the DP World Tour purse payout percentages and distribution rules.
